LGBTQ+ INclusion at The Well

At The Well, we believe following Jesus means making room at the table for everyone. no exceptions.

We know too many people have been told “no” by the church because of who they are or who they love. Here, we want you to know: someone else's seat at the table will never cost you yours. We also know that churches often bury the lead on their stance on lgbtq+ inclusion.

So we want to come clean about where we land.

We are an intentionally inclusive community, fully affirming of our LGBTQ+ siblings. This is at every level from congregation, to staff, to our leadership board. Everyone, regardless of gender or sexuality is invited into every level of life and leadership within our church community. For us, this isn’t about keeping up with culture or compromising faith — it’s about living out the radical, table-flipping love of Jesus.

On this page, you’ll find sermons, teachings, and stories that reflect our heart: Why we believe the Bible is good news for LGBTQ+ people, How we read hard passages with honesty and hope, and testimonies from people whose lives have been reshaped by God’s inclusive love.

We invite you to listen, learn, and lean in.  Whether you come with celebration or skepticism, questions or convictions, you belong here.
