Meet Our Lead Pastor
Thanks you so much for checking out The Well!
My name is Danny Lybarger, and I have the honor of serving as the Lead and founding pastor at the Well. With a mission to raise up new generations of radically inclusive followers of Jesus, The Well focuses specifically on creating safe spaces for those traditionally told "no" by the church, including (but not limited to) individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
Our community can best be summed up in our mantra: Your Seat at The Table Can't Cost Someone Else Theirs. This simple phrase embodies everything about our church and what we believe to be true about the person of Jesus.
In addition to my role at The Well, I created and host a podcast called The Deconstruction Zone, which helps those wrestling with their journey of faith deconstruction, realize that they aren't alone. I also maintain an active presence on social media, particularly on TikTok, where I've committed to the work of preaching radical inclusion until it's not radical anymore.
